Always On — IIBD

Technology did not invent gender-based violence. It changed its reach.

This zine argues that everyday technology — accounts, permissions, household admin, ranking and recommendation — extends and intensifies intimate-partner violence when it is working exactly as designed, and that accountability belongs to the systems rather than to the person being harmed.
