The Lab convenes a cohort of organizations working on related decisions, then moves together through a shared model — so each organization leaves with evidence, a tool, and the capacity to use both.
Map the decision
Identify where a specific public decision counts people in or screens them out.
Prototype a tool
Build a live dashboard, a participatory data method, or an accountability scorecard.
Community evidence sessions
Test the tool with the people the decision affects, and refine it.
Measure & learn
Evaluate honestly whether the decision became fairer, and document what changed.
